Good news for creative photographers

Just got an email from NIK software anouncing their new version of Color Efex Pro.
It's now available in pre-order for $99.95 (select version offering 25 filters) and $199.95 (complete edition containing 55 filters).

Plugins from NIK Software are well known for their quality and are successfuly being used by professionals all over the world. An amazing NIK's plugin worth mentioning is Silver efex which is a digital darkroom for black&white photography. Apart from turning photographs in to black&white, it offers emulation of different styles of known photographic films, toning effects, detail boost and many more.

Exhibit!

A few months ago we went with my photography class to Paris for a two week visit in paris-adaise of cuisine et l'amoure de france. Working hard between bottles of wine and portions of cheese we have created a collection of images portraying French people, culture and architecture.
The collection is going to be exhibited in French Institute in Edinburgh between 30th of September and 29th of October 2011.

A wee trip up north.

As the summer is slowly falling in to an autumn, I've decided to go for a wee trip up north to one of my favourite places in Scotlan, again :)
